Cancellation requirements

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, phone call will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service rate.

If Progressive Myotherapy cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.

 

Cancellation Fees

• 50% fee: Same-day cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice
• 100% fee: No arrivals

Reallocation of Appointment Slots

As an alternative to cancellation fees, clients may transfer their appointment to a friend, family member, or someone else they arrange. This option allows the appointment time to be used effectively and helps the business cover therapist expenses and maintain operations. Please inform us in advance if you plan to send someone in your place.

 

Late Policy

Arriving late may reduce the time available for your session, but the full fee remains payable.
